Private Sedona home w/pool/hot tub/golf/pickleball

House was great for our family of four. Loved having two bathrooms and laundry. Only issue was no matter what we set the thermostat at, it would go back up to 75, which is way warmer than we are used to sleeping in.

What an amazing two properties! Excellent views, close to restaurants and shopping, clean and comfortable lodging, and both properties included everything we needed. I would highly recommend Erickson Management for your lodging needs in Sedona!

Perfect location beautiful home cozy had everything you need

My husband and I were super impressed with this charming home. The host gave clear instructions for check-in and quickly responded to any questions we had.The home was clean, fresh and cozy with a great layout and large bedrooms.My husband and I like to sleep separately so we appreciated that we each had a king-size bed. The beds were HEAVENLY with lush linens and plenty of pillow options and extra blankets. We each slept nine hours the nights we stayed (unheard of for us)! The room darkening curtains were amazing. Each bedroom had its own patio door leading to two private seating areas, one with a gas fire pit and two rocking chairs (where we had breakfast our first morning). It was a peaceful place to begin our day. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking/eating/storage, spices, oil, coffee and tea, ice cubes, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, garbage bags and dish towels. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/body wash/conditioner/TP and towels. The master bathroom had a vanity area with a very comfy chair and makeup mirror.Although we did not make use of it, there was a sweet, sunny area out front with a bistro table, chairs and a BBQ.We did the Verde Canyon train tour on Saturday. Highly recommend! We got married at Cathedral Rock in 2016 and visit Sedona often. We would love to stay here again!Highly recommend!

Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The residence was beautiful and definitely would come back again.
