Uptown Walk-Out Basement w/Ultimate Views/ HotTub

The property has stunning views which is why we chose it. The listing was very accurate including the fact that there could be people using the upstairs portion of the property and that, while it is completely private from the downstairs unit, it's possible to hear noise from the upper unit. We did hear people quite easily. The inside of the unit was very clean. Some of the outdoor furniture was dirty but easily cleaned. The host was very easy to communicate with.A trivial suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the bath & beach towels.

Communication with the host was great! We absolutely LOVED the location- we walked to have dinner & drinks several times, and you're so close to trails both north and south of Sedona. The amenities for this place, along with the views CANNOT be beat! The only thing I'd be aware of, is if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs in case people are staying on the 2nd floor. You can hear them walking very well. Despite having people upstairs, we still felt our space was nice and private. Highly recommend!!!
