Stylish heart of Downtown Flagstaff Unit w/ Hot Tub

Everything was fairly clean and communication with his was great! I knew the unit would be tiny, however I didn’t know the back door to go to the back patio was useless as it’s got a super narrow opening and no access. I didn’t realize there was zero privacy. Maybe the host could hang up a curtain for the bedroom? Also, the heater vent on the floor is literally in the doorway threshold between the kitchen and living room, there’s no way not to step on it and it hurts to step on because it’s metal and sharp. Good thing we didn’t need to have it on, or else our one year old could get hurt. Location was great though!! Overall three stars seems fair. Back patio is super cute. Would never stay here again though.

Great location!

Our stay in Flagstaff was fantastic…Erik, the host was extremely responsive to any questions and checked into see how we were doing and if we needed anything..,his home was perfect for my wife and I. It was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was there. The location is excellent, as downtown Flagstaff is within walking distance and Sedona is less than an hour away. I would highly recommend staying at Erik’s house and my wife and I will return there the next time we visit Arizona!

good. Positive: location within walkng distance of old town Flagstaff. Negative: Value for the money. Stay was $447 for the three nights which is high, but bearable. The $110 cleaning fee (not a deposit but a non-refundable charge made at the time of booking!), without any daily cleaning, towels, etc. , is ridiculous. Even more silly is the $500 (!!) security deposit charged the day of arrival. I was actually out$ 1,057.00 for a three night stay. Granted, the $500.00 was credited back, but not until 4 days after I left. For that period of time (8days total) my credit line was reduced by said $ 500.00. This is NOT the Ritz!!
